Delivery
Normal delivery time for a Dormeo memory foam mattress is around 14 - 28 working days and they come vacuum-packed for your convenience. You'd never believe that something so comfortable could arrive so compact and tightly-rolled. It also makes it easy to manoeuvre around the house. Simply lay the mattress on your bed, cut the packaging and roll it out. Then leave for 3-4 hours to allow the air into it and your mattress will be ready to sleep on. This is just another way we're able to bring you great prices, as shipping is more cost-effective when we pack it up nice and small.
No Hassle Returns
We're absolutely certain you're going to love what you order from us, but if for any reason you don't, you can return it to us for a refund or replacement, completely fuss-free.
