If you purchase one of our Octaspring branded mattresses, you'll automatically be entitled to our free White Glove Delivery service. Our team will deliver the mattress, set up your new mattress for you, and take away the packaging at no additional charge to you.

The mattress must be opened within 30 days of delivery. After opening, your mattress will regain its normal shape in 15 minutes and be ready to sleep on after 6/8 hours.

We can deliver to all addresses within the UK only however, there may be extra charges for deliveries to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland for some Octaspring mattresses. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Gibraltar, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

We currently only sell our mattresses on our website and through other carefully selected online retailers. But we do offer a unique 200-night risk-free trial on all our memory foam mattresses, which means that we will refund or exchange your mattress for up to 200 nights with absolutely no quibble if you are not happy with it.

Our Quality Control team works tirelessly to maintain our quality standards. We are proud to offer warranties of up to 20 years on selected mattresses. Note that taking the mattress abroad will invalidate the warranty.

We do not recommend using an electric blanket as the heat can cause the foam to become misshapen over time. Our mattresses should be rotated once a week for the first 4 weeks, and then once every 4 weeks thereafter (rotate head to toe).

Our mattresses suit standard bases. For slatted bases, ensure the maximum gap is no more than 7.5cm (3 inches) to avoid invalidating the warranty.
