Delivery of all Dormeo mattresses is FREE*, a charge of £4.95 is applied to smaller items on orders under £79. The majority of our items are delivered within 14 days, however in some cases of high demand please allow 28 days for delivery of your order. We have partnered with specialist couriers to ensure the best possible delivery experience for our customers.

*We can deliver to all addresses within the UK, however there may be extra charges for deliveries to the Highlands and Islands for divan sets, and some Octaspring mattresses. We are sorry, but we cannot deliver to Gibraltar and the Channel Islands.

This option allows you to spread the cost of your purchase into 3 equal interest-free instalments. The first payment is made at the point of purchase, with remaining instalments scheduled automatically every 30 days.

With Pay in 30 days you have up to 30 days to pay for your goods after they are shipped, with no interest.

Dormeo offers a 200-night comfort guarantee, so you can sleep on the mattress at home for 200 nights and decide if it is right for you. If after 200 nights you are not getting your best night’s sleep ever, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange it for an alternative model.

The good news is that if your mattress was bought with one of our free memory foam pillows and decide to return your mattress under our 200-night comfort guarantee, the pillow is still yours to keep!

The 200-night comfort guarantee does not apply to Dormeo® Options mattresses, any clearance items and non-mattress Dormeo items like pillows, duvets, protectors etc, which have a standard 14-day money back guarantee if unopened.
